how long have you been self harm free? (possible trigger warning: SH)
I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.
It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be
you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.
and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.

2 years. Takes a lot of help, and sometimes I still want to, but talking to someone (while making clear I have no intention to, I just need to ,get the thoughts out") has been what works for me.
Since 3rd January 2015 until last night

I will be 12 years cut free in August and 2 years free of selfharm through starvation.

I have been fully cut free for almost 7 years. I still have that thought once in a while but it becomes fewer and fewer. For everyone just starting to stop I know it's hard and even harder to not relapse but it will get better
I was three months clean until Monday.

2years cut/burn free :) You can get there guys, I promise. I still have my scars and I haven't forgotten the desire, but I'm still clean. I'm going to wear a bathing suit that shows my hips for the first time (since I self harmed for the first time) this coming weekend - with my s/o and his family. My skin is still ribbed with scars, but I dont feel any shame for them anymore. I never thought I'd get here, but here I am. <3
