I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.

It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be

you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.

and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.

I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.

if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.

Hope you are liking all the cute cat pictures! [v] here is your next clue, where can you introduce yourself if you're new to the subcommunity this month?

congratulations!! that's a major accomplishment. when you get the urge, be patient with yourself and remember recovery takes time, keeping that in mind helped me tremendously and I'm now 1 year and 5 months clean :-) recovery IS possible. keep fighting, you're so strong!!

Since before my son was born. 5 years. I would never be able to justify marks on my body. I always try to be the best role model for him. There are days I might just relapse but I never do cut, I just get the sensation that it would feel good. It never has

I used to cut because I couldn't feel pain or emotion maybe from the anti depressants I was taking. Also the environment I was surrounded by, I couldn't control it but I could control what happens to my body

@Annatar i relapsed 3 months ago dealing with friend issues and ive been struggling ever since but the thing that keeps me from doing it again is remembering some people are in your life for a reason and others for a season STAY STRONG!!

@CloudRider16 Any time without self harm is great! Just try to make it to day 3. Then when you make it to that, aim for 4 days. Then 5, exc. Take little steps and just go a day at a time. You can do this!

Hey, 5 minutes is good @Sewmachine

Any time you go without self harming is amazing! If you feel like doing it again, please talk to someone, doesn't matter who, just someone. Please keep staying strong, I know it's hard, but you can beat this!

Congrads on the month clean @Jasperthescardyghost !!

Relapse is a part of recovery, but it's still bad. If you end up relapsing, don't be upset, just try harder next time and don't give up on recovery. Try squeezing ice cubes or something cold- that's what I do when I want to self harm. Or talk to someone, that helps too.

Stay strong, I believe in you! Keep holding on, I know you can do this! smiley
