...See more Hey! Im a frequent user of 7cups, and I can't thank you guys enough for this amazing community! The growth path is a huge resource for me, and i often encourage other to use the mindfullness tapes (woo new ones! :D) I spend a lot of time on this page, and i have some ideas, esspecially for the growth path :) * Light a candle Lighting a candle is so nice, and often helpful! Online i often use a page where you go on, and write a few words, before you choose a candle among others and wrote a few words of who or what youre lighting this candle for. Then you touch the wick, and the candle lights up. The candle burns a few hours before it goes to full again, and can be lit by a new person. I think its a great thing to include in the growth path, and maybe being able to read other peoples candles or maybe add to their feed. * Social skill exercises The name says it pretty much, also in growth path. * Educational videos This is already in the path but i think theres room for more here. Both in learning social skills, diagnoses, coping skills and so on. * Draw Drawing a little picture of a feeling, a face, stuff like that. Just a simple little box, and different tasks. Such as: draw how you feel right now, draw how an angry person look like, draw how happy looks like, and so on. Would be great if you could share these drawings as pictures in the feed. * Tracker Used in the SAM-app for anxioty. Im thinking maybe putting this box on top of your startpage as you log in.
