how long have you been self harm free? (possible trigger warning: SH)
I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.
It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be
you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.
and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.
I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.
if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.

I don't have an exact number but I'm guessing 4 or so years. Not that it doesn't mean 1. I haven't thought of it. Or 2. There are other things besides what I used to do?

For me, it's been about a year. I've thought about it so much, but all I have to do is take a deep breath and tell myself I will be okay

The longest I've gone is 100 days exactly. As of right now, 3 days

Don't be discouraged by it, and aim for further records this time. I've confidence that you can do this!

@FayBee Aww it's okay We all have bad days, and urges can come strong. Don't be discouraged by this setback and try to break your records being clean again! I believe you can walk of this, continually breaking your own records!

I know it's hard to stay clean, but the only thing that really matters is that you stayed strong that day and didn't give in.

@kathellsing thanks for the reply. I need to talk. I'm ready to ruin it and self harm now! I tried to send you a message to talk about 20 min ago but the site won't let me. It told me I'm not allowed to talk to teenagers. I need to talk to someone
