how long have you been self harm free? (possible trigger warning: SH)
I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.
It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be
you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.
and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.
I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.
if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.
Hope you are liking all the cute cat pictures! [v] here is your next clue, where can you introduce yourself if you're new to the subcommunity this month?

2 hours... ๐
@fairmindedMoon5701 Aww, don't be discouraged by this setback. Take a small step at a time, slowly decreasing the frequency of it. I believe that you will be able to walk out of this!
I've been clean for about 5mins ๐
@JasTryingToRecover Aww... It's okay, we all have our bad days. Don't be discouraged by this setback and work towards staying clean for longer periods of time. I believe you can do it! You may also want to connect one-on-one with a listener to seek help if you feel that your urges come on frequently and you need more assistance to help you with it.
I was self harm free for 3 years. I had a relapse yesterday but I feel ashamed, it only made me feel briefly better and reminded me why I resisted for the last 3 years. So yeah only a day completely free but I see it as a massive step to getting free forever.
@TheNightSky -
3 years self harm free is an
amazing accomplishment!
You should be proud of going that long without harming yourself. :) It is a truly massive step in getting free from self harm, and for that you should be proud.
Keep trying, keep resisting the urge, and keep on keeping on!
I wish you the best of luck on your road to recovery.
Stay Strong

@Thesewingmachine Aww, it's okay We all have our bad days, and I know how incredibly difficult it can be for you to fight your urge against self-harming. I believe that you have read my thread here, and I really hope that you have learnt something from it. Feel free to leave me a message if you need further help with it and I'll be glad to guide you! I believe that you will eventually be able to walk out of this.
You have to start somewhere, day one turns into day two, which turns into day three. I've been through my own self harm routine several times. As of this date I'm close to 8 months self harm free. You can do this!!! :)
If you want to talk to someone about what it's like, someone who knows how it feels, please send me a message.
Best of luck
