how long have you been self harm free? (possible trigger warning: SH)

I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.

It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be

you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.

and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.

I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.

if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.

Hope you are liking all the cute cat pictures! [v] here is your next clue, where can you introduce yourself if you're new to the subcommunity this month?

a week is great, be proud. have you tried any alternatives? because youre struggling, it doesnt mean you are weak, remember that.

If your purpose had been to cut than no you would not be clean, you were trying to self harm and just because it doesnt leave a mark doesn't mean it doesnt count. Stay strong lovely, I believe in you

you didnt break the skin so i suppose not, but if you felt pain, it would be because you are still causing yourself pain. it depends really on person you ask. the definition isdeliberate injury to oneself.

I stopped cutting, ended up going through fits where I'll grab my skin with my nails and won't let go, now when it gets worse, I over eat and cry...is this really a better solution?

I'm still struggling, but I've gone almost a whole month without opening my flesh, however, the over eating has taken its place now..

youve replaced the addiction with food. you could possibly try replacing it with punching a pillow or something... both addictions can be bad and i know how hard it is to stop. asking for help in real life might be a lot easier, they can come up with food plans and help you.
