I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.

It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be

you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.

and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.

I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.

if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.

Hope you are liking all the cute cat pictures! [v] here is your next clue, where can you introduce yourself if you're new to the subcommunity this month?

I was free for a little over a year, now just a day. But I know that I'll get back to that year mark, because one mistake doesn't erase how far I've come.

A week or so. The last year I relapse every month or two months. Longest was three months! It is way better than before where I did every day or multiple times a day. That is a win, I guess.

I haven't harmed myself in four years. I came to view harming myself as viewing my own body as something unworthy of respect. To give myself scars meant that I was giving into the self loathing brought about by an abuser in my childhood. I stopped to prove to myself I could. Everyone copes in different ways. Anger is my defense mechanism, so it helped me stop. It probably wasn't the most emotionally healthy reason, but it worked for me.
