how long have you been self harm free? (possible trigger warning: SH)
I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.
It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be
you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.
and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.
I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.
if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.
Hope you are liking all the cute cat pictures! [v] here is your next clue, where can you introduce yourself if you're new to the subcommunity this month?
1 month now. After 6 months though, I was so disappointed in myself when I lost that streak.
Around 3 years and I hadn
6 days. I was 30 days before that but I
its been like..... a week. a week too long.
It's been 6 days (I've been continuing to s.h. for the last several months but before i was almost at 2 years) :(
6 days. I hit 6 months recently but that didn
I lost count and it'd been a few months but now it's almost 24hours and I'm so disappointed and ashamed because I hadn't realized I'd stopped for so long, but I did it again.
A day. After my relapse a few months ago I'm trying to get better. The thing that stings the most is Inwas self harm free for about a year and a half. Relapse sucks.
It's been a while. I think the last time I cut was in August, but every now and then I cause harm a different way.
It's getting hard to stay clean lately. I often get the urge, in addition to a vivid image of what it could look like. How deep it will be, how much blood I'll see, and the exact spot I'll do it at. It's crystal clear to me. I don't want to cut, but the urge is strong today. I think about it often.
