hey friend, I am so proud of you for making it 50 days, that is huge accomplishment and nothing, no relapse or nothing takes away from how hard you worked to get there. you should be so proud. the thing is that recovery is not linear. recovery is a life long journey. there are good days and bad days, today was a more challenging on. I know it can be shame and guilt and discouragement when we have to reset the clock. those are vaild. and we gonna keep making small steps, and counitue to work on being clean and trying. you got this friend, we are here for you, you dont have to go through this alone. Im here if you want to talk about what happen, and whats been going on for you , sending strength beams

50 days is a beautiful accomplishment. Healing is never a linear process, and a dip does not undo all the wonderful steps you have made. If you're having a hard time believing in yourself, I'll believe in you enough for the both of us <3

50 days is a huge accomplishment.  You had a setback, but you can overcome it again.  Recovery from self harm isn’t linear all the way through the finish lines.  There will be twists and turns and peaks and valleys.

How are you doing with self harm now.  I know it’s been a few weeks since you posted this so I’m just following up to see how things are going.
