Voice Chats?

I keep seeing little tiny mentions in the forums and such of like phone call chats to help people? Is that a thing? Or is the site text based only? I'm struggling finding out more information about it. I was GOING to make it where I could do both, because I know some people feel better talking about their feelings in some sort of voice chat manner, but I can't seem to find anything about it except people mentioning it.

It used to be a thing back in like 2014 but has for years not been a thing, that's why you can't find anything in your settings about it. This site is 100% text-based when it comes to supporting users.
