Listener and Member Account not showing up @ login

I signed up for a listener account and began training about 2 weeks ago. Was always prompted to choose member of listener account. This no longer happens as of last week and it's frustrating because when I try to sign up again, it says the email address is already being used.

I would like one email address for both accounts and I really want to become a listener ASAP so any hints or help would be sincerely appreciated. Someone mentioned to logout from phone and computer and reset password but that is not working. Thx!

@Lulu2015 To stop this from happening, it helps to keep your member and listener names different from each other (this also helps keep your member account anonymous). The best thing to do right now is contact support@7cups.com and let them know what has happened with both of your accounts. You can keep the same email for both accounts, it may also be helpful to have separate passwords though.

Jace, thank you so much! I don't recall if I did or did not create a new username for the L acct but I had just started training...I KNEW I wanted to keep it totally separate and apart from my M acct, agreed. Member acct is all OK, just don't get that screen to pick which one to log into. Good call on separate passwords but I don't know how to do that while keeping the same email. I'll work it out with support and thank you kindly for your help, as always!

@Lulu2015, once you get both accounts back, you go under your settings on both accounts and reset your password that way.

Hi. I have the exact same issue. Have different member and Listner names but the only way I can switch is to put I forgot my password and get one sent to me. Then I can change but have to do it each time I want to switch. Very frustrating.

@yzzil "Then I can change but have to do it each time I want to switch. Very frustrating." You can set your password and email for both accounts to be the same by resetting them under your settings.

To change password for both listner and member account, once you for' forgot passowrd?reset here' option and recovery password in your memtioned email account.

They will ask you which account to access i.e. member or listener. So choose any of these accounts and go to setting and change password. After that next step go to swithc account ( you will see this tab under your profile image icon in right corner.)

So switch account to other and go to setting and change passoword there too. You need to do this before logging out. So next time you log in you will see option to choose both accounts if emaail and password you put is same. or if email is same and password is different then it will open respective account.

It worked for me this time as I was also very much frustated with this issue. I hope it will work for you.
