How do I change my picture?

I know I can change it because it gave me an opinion of having one and I've seen other people change theirs.

Go to "Settings" to change your profile picture.

Can that be done in-app? I went to my settings and the only thing I can change in-app is my email and password.

whats wrong with the picture you have now? Its a nice picture. Just my opinion.

I just want to update. I'm working on some artwork and if it turns out well I might use that instead. Or I'll update my face when my hair is redyed.

What if there's no option to change the picture in settings....?
