Right click on the image you wish to copy and choose "copy link location"

Open your feed/post where you wish to place the image,

go to image, next to the smiley face,

paste the link location in URL and press OK

Thank you so much for asking this question, I think a lot of people do really struggle with posting pictures, and I know I found it really hard to figure out - thankfully, lovely people like @Isaac make guides like this to help us Luddites! That has a whole section about uploading and posting pictures, hopefully that will be able to help you work it out :)
