Negative Text Reviews
Is there a place on our member profiles where our negative text reviews for Listeners are recorded? Or can we only see past text reviews we have given on our profile if they were positive?

That's right, we only see the ones that get published on the listener's profile for everyone, which are positive.

Heyo! I just wanted to let you know that 7cups does process the negative reviews and sendings what is known as a coaching moment to those listeners so they can know what they need to work on or improve but only the constructive, positive reviews are shared on a listener's page. ^_^ Let me know if you have any other questions!
