What is it like to have a sex addiction? Is it like a porn addicrion? What is an addiction? "."
when i hear the word addiction i feel like its something hard to get rid of? But sex is something that people have, a lot (maybe?) how can it be an addiction? And porn..i can see how it can also be an addiction. Someone told me that porn isnt bad, so is it bad if you become addicted to it? Or cant stop watching it for certain reasons? I dont understand a lot of this stuff. Someone shed some light on this please?

There is currently a debate on whether sex is an actual addiction among professionals.
The best way to look at it is do as you please as long as it does not hurt anybody or intefere with your daily life.
