My crush, has been pretty distant lately like she will respond with one or two words and she responds every couple hours usually, but on calls she giggles and seems to have to much fun, I'm wondering if she's into me or not. I want to tell her how I feel but, I'm scared of rejection, losing her as a friend if she doesn't feel the same and I dont know how to even tell her, what should I do?

@FalconFootball91 That could be her texting style or she's preoccupied or busy- not necessarily a sign she's distancing herself, especially if she seems normal on phone calls. Other than her giggling on the phone, are there any hints she might like you more than a friend? Regardless, if your feelings are strong, I wouldn't hold it in and torture yourself- you could still be friends after even if it doesn't work out romantically.

@FalconFootball91 I would give it time. Right now, the rejection hurts, but the initial hurt feelings might fade with time. I wouldn't cut ties, at least not right away. Give yourself a chance to try to accept the idea that this could still be a great platonic relationship. Finding people to keep you genuine company of any kind in this isolated world is hard, so don't give up on what could be a supportive friendship. But, I'm also sorry, because I know not having your feelings returned hurts.
