Can't manage my anxiety
The 25 of December, my wife told me she needed a time apart because I was being to much suffocating.
I noticed a month ago she was acting rare and I thought that she was cheating on me. I confronted her and she said that I was ridiculous. That is no other man on her life but she feel stressed and doesn't know what to do with her life.
After 15 days was able to see her/ talk 2 days ago. She said that she needs more time and want to start over our relationship like if we are boyfriends... But not just now. She needs more time.
The truth it's I feel destroyed, sad, and I don't know how to deal with the waiting... I think about her every single minute and can't get out her from my mind..I need to call her and say to her that I love her but I'm afraid that if I do that, I'm not respecting her time out...
And before you ask, I REALLY know she isn't cheating...
¿Hace cuánto tiempo que están casados? She said she wants to start over like boyfriend/girlfriend but you're already married? What does she mean by that?
Like not live together? Suena como ella no sabe si quiere ser casada más o no. :(
@Chipodelsur Do you understand what she meant by "suffocating her" and "being ridiculous"? Maybe you should take the time to see your own counselor and work on self-care and whatever issues you remember coming up in your relationship so you are more ready to try again.
