What's one thing most people don't know about you? I pick at my skin 20-60 minutes a day but I am working to stop it!!

I hope that, if needed, you are encouraged to seek safety with someone and someplace to coincide with 7Cups. I hope you find friends and some semblance of what you need. I and many here will listen and talk to you... you are in good company for there are so many here who know too well what you feel and who want what is best for you as much as they want what is best for themselves. I sure do, I know that.

I look like a loner but im just shy. I want to start up a conversation but im bad with it and always ends up with awkward silence.
I can change my feelings around people like a chameleon changes colours.
Which I do because I don't want people to worry about me.
Especially when I'm sad and I feel weak.
