I once read, "Sometimes, you just have to do it scared." No idea who said it or where I read it. But it's always been on my mind because it's so true, especially for someone like me who plays sports competitively. The feeling of nervousness won't leave me, ever, when it's my turn. All I can do is push through and just do it scared.
