Believe it or not, stress is part of our everyday lives. Stress can come from school, work, family, and relationships (friendly or romantic). Time management, financial management, and self care management are among the top players of stress. Recognizing your stressors are important, so take a moment to think about your particular stressors and reflect on it...you may ask why? It is because it matters and because it is all about your health to know your stressors and you know how to deal with it.

Now how about coping? When you think about your stressors, how do you deal with it? How do you cope with you everyday stressors. What do you do to keep you from over stressing or taking it out on others. Is your coping mechanism healthy?

So go ahead and take this time to recognize your own individual stressors and how you deal or cope with it on a day to day basis. Write, share, post it all here, you will see that things that stresses you out will be similar as someone else's. You may learn new ways of coping with stress.
