@tinyraindrop, such a nice song! c:
Gosh I can think of so many. It Was You by Ashley Ballard & So Plush is for my best friend and True Colors by Cyndi Lauper is for all of you lovelies! I think For Good from Wicked would be all-encompassing of friendships as well.
What a beautiful idea ❤ My radio station of choice also celebrated this with a playlist today, and it had some great tunes on it - here's my pick of them, plus a few favourites of my own
LCD Soundsystem - All My Friends
Randy Newman - You've Got A Friend In Me
James Taylor - You've Got A Friend
In Honor of Friendship week, I dedicate these video's to my 7 Cups friends:
To those who haven't met me yet, know This is for you and this one too
To those who are lonely, chin up and have a ball Afterall, who knows how to love you better than you?
To those who are depressed
To those who are anxious be patient with yourself
To those who are bullied
To those who are questioning themselves
To those who are questioning their sexuality
To those who want to harm themselves or facing horrors in life Never forget
To those who are having a hard time breaking up with someone
To those who struggle to deal with the pain of a recent breakup (don't actually do it!)
To everyone on 7 Cups... thank you for being here... I may listen but this is my own struggle
But regardless of who I am . But life is a learning process and I am still I am learning that I create my own reality but... it's not always easy.
I may not know you, but I love you. Why? Because you're here. Because you're human. Because we have a shared experience, pain, sadness, lonliness, anxiety, depression, trauma... because we're trying and there's always hope.
