I speak my mind because it hurts to bite my tongue. For my whole life I’ve been on the run. Missing out on the fun. I’ve been trying and trying to become…Well, become someone. Be someone I can be proud of. Someone I can defend. Someone I can love. I haven’t gotten there yet, but that doesn’t mean I’ve had enough.
