Hi, Flower,
1. What is one thing you will do for self-care this week? I'm going to rest a lot.
2. How are you feeling this week? I have two more days away from working at the charity where the employees are hostile. So, I'm feeling fine.

For self care this week I will do yoga. And also remember to eat and not just drink coffee.
This week was ok. I had a few hard days as I always do, but also some good days. My listeners here help me a lot💜
For self care - I will continue riding our Peloton indoor bike (spinning). 🚲
For the week - I'm doing better as summer continues. 😀

🌞What is one thing you will do for self-care this week?.....Relax in my Pool, float in the sunshine, and listen to great music while doing it.
🌴How are you feeling this week?..... (Sun-shiny days, pool-time, my furbaby, and family), the best feelings as summer continues on~
