What have you been thinking about lately?
been thinking of how emotions are coming back and connecting even to the flashbacks. as before we could remember things see them but not really connected feelings to them. yes we could connected the like body pain to them. but not the emotions. sometimes we wish we could not now feel the emotional part of the memories. as this making them harder and more intense too.
🧡 What's something you find calming or soothing if you're feeling stressed?
for us that would be painting and music. at times we paint with music on it helps us to block out other sounds at times. also to calm us and help us to connected to reality at times too

That does sound like it would be challenging. 💜 Previously you could remember things, but now the flashbacks have an emotional component to them which makes them more difficult.
Painting and music sound great though. Could see those working in a bunch of ways (uses multiple senses, grounding in present moment, and helping with blocking out other sounds).
