@LavenderFlower, Hi, Flower,
1. I think my favorite memory is the day I got my private pilot's license. That was many years ago. I haven't flown in years.
2. This week I'm hanging in there. I am always mentally struggling, since being diagnosed with PTSD.
@purpleTree4652
Hi, that's really cool that you're able to fly! I know nothing about flying planes, but I can imagine there must have been a lot of work or practice involved in getting that license so that would have been a major accomplishment.
Sorry things have been a struggle, but understandable that if that's how things are you just try your best to hang in there. π Feel free to share more about what's been happening, either here or by PM, if you feel like it.
It's been unbearable but I'm still here. Mustering through it numbly. Severely lonely. Emotional autonomy hasn't been achievable this past month, so just living with the pain at this point. My partner left last year. This week a coworker I was working with closely left due to personal issues with the CEO (we're a family business). She (my aunt) was the first person in months that was a positive part of my workplace. Universe keeps taking and taking. So, back to just me. Taking hits. But still here at the moment. π€π₯ππ₯π€
@Aqua79
Wow, sorry to hear that. π So you lost your partner last year, and then just this past week, your aunt stopped working at the family business--and she was the only person in a while who was helping to make work a positive experience. So things are really lonely as a result of that, and it's been really hard to feel autonomy in the sense of, "I'm okay with being by myself". π
Favorite memory?
All with my mom and the birth of my 3 sons.
I'm ok this week. I still am on a roller coaster ride with my head but I'm still here.
@alleywood13
Those memories sound really special, being able to spend precious time with your mom and seeing your children enter into the world for the first time. π
"Roller coaster ride" doesn't sound super fun, but glad that you're still here. If you want to share more about what's been happening or what's been going through your head, feel free to.
