7 Cups since 2018. Mental illness for most of my life; undiagnosed for half. 4 or 5 years of therapy. Intensive treatment twice.
I have a couple autoimmune disorders and a vision impairment.
What works for me: crying, DBT.
I enjoy swimming, barefoot life, movies, video games, cooking, science, sculpture, writing.
