I am doing well today, how are you keeping? One way I've been cultivating self-kindness is by spending more time in nature. Also, I must mention that I absolutely love that graphic.

Oh cool! Glad that you're getting pleasure out of what I'm doing. 😁 I just kind of felt like posting cute, pink stuff today. Usually that's not the case, so I guess I must be in a very good mood, lol.

Being able to spend time in nature sounds lovely. 😊

Doing mediocre, problems with sleep and health. On bright side, mental problems were a bit more stable and less disturbing. I am also grateful to a few people around me who lend me their help and made me feel validated.

Of taking care, I'm trying to cure and be better at sleeping, however not so successful. Falling to binge eating and sitting in media, but that feels too good. However, I made a few reflections and was a bit better at writing down how I feel at the moment.

Hey, sorry that the physical issues have been a problem, but glad that the mental issues have been willing to calm a bit in the meantime and that there have been people supporting you. 💜

I wonder if there's a sense of certain patterns like "When I feel like this or am thinking about this, that's when sleep, diet, media consumption, etc. tend to go awry".

@QuietMagic I've certainly traced a causation in my experience that problems of sleep evoke problems with mental health, i.e. cause certain negative feelings and thoughts. Thank you, I'll take this as advice to look for connection in reversed direction.

How are you doing today? - Normal, but wondering where all the time went - there's so much I've been wanting to finish up, and I didn't do any of that today.

What's one way that you've been taking care of yourself or being nice to yourself lately? - I took a walk in daylight today (also brought the glass to the glass waste collection point).

Been better honestly. Im stressing about the never ending assignments that come my way. Chatgpt and coffee are my best friends lol. 

💗 What's one way that you've been taking care of yourself or being nice to yourself lately?

I've been going on hikes with friends and working out, so that helps ahahhahaha

Aw, sorry about the avalanche of assignments. (I never managed to get addicted to coffee, but so many people have recommended it that I sometimes feel like I'm missing out. Glad that that's working. 😀) And sounds great that you have the socializing and exercise to balance things out.

taking care of self is impossible when so emotionally provoked.
