These workshops can be helpful to a general audience, but they are designed for people with anxious, fearful thinking or behavior (such as Cluster C personality disorder traits.)
Examples: Avoidance, agoraphobia, perfectionism, reliance on others, self-doubt, trust issues, difficulties maintaining relationships,
