Our self-help guides are mostly based on other guides published elsewhere, and they can take many months or even years to create, unfortunately.

Self help for narcissism doesn't really work, because narcissists usually believe they don't need help. Some psychotherapists are willing to work with narcissists, in those rare cases where a narcissist is willing to admit they need help.

Thank you for your response and the resource! Is there a place in the community where there might be support for children of narcissists?

My impression is that the Personality Disorder Support section of the forums is the most usual place, but people have posted in other places too.
