Announcement: BPD and AVPD Guided Discussions

Hello everyone,

My name is Gilbird, and I am a Room Supporter and discussion host here in the Personality Disorders Subcommunity. I would like to announce a series of Guided Discussions about Specific Personality Disorders.

Please join us on Wednesdays from 4:30 - 5:30 PM ET (7 Cups Time) in the Personality Disorders Group Support Room for a Guided Discussion for Adults about a Specific Personality Disorder.

What you can expect from here:

• A focused chatroom to discuss, share, and learn more about Personality Disorders.
• An area to share and connect with guests who have similar experiences.
• A supportive and non-judgmental group-support environment.

Basic Session Framework:

2. Background of PD
3. Symptoms
4. Feelings/Experiences (Please share your thoughts and experiences)
5. Causes, Coping, and Healing
6. Q/A + Continued Sharing Session
