Hi, Im Ariana and I have avpd. Its incredibly hard for me to find a listener who doesnt give me anxiety and who understands my disorder and knows a way around it- Ive only seen adult listeners with this on their profile, but no teens, and if there are any, I would really appreciate it.

I understand what your going through. I have horrible case of avpd anxiety social everything. Just know you aren't alone feel free to message my listener account as I'm a teen and I've been hospitalized four times and have gone through everything. I can relate to you so message me? ~oh Alexx
