Dear Morgan , How are you doing ? Last we chatted , you were running away . Things were are not well . How are things going on now ? Are you safe ? Today I was very sad and scared because my exams are getting near . I want to study and learn but my habit of procrastination is very tough to deal with . I also being a people pleaser am not able to tell no to my friends . They always ask for my help . Don't get me wrong , I love helping others but also need to self study and whenever I try to do that they always come up for a group study session . I hate working in groups , especially online . But I have to because I can't tell no
It is also hard to study with all the toxicity around me . I feel like I am drowning in the thought inside me mind which is hard . Wish there would be someone who could help , rather than ask for help from me . Helping and pleasing people is nice, but after a certain limit it becomes pain .
