Hi Arkab,
Some group chats are not on every day. I'm not sure what the days are for the Loneliness Support group chat, but it seams today's a day off. You might see though that a new group chat popped up, called Anxiety Support and read on its description (called "Group Info) that it's open every Wednesday.
Even though the Loneliness Support group chat might not be on at the moment, don't worry you can vent, talk, or mention the matter in any other group and find support to loneliness there. How are you? I hope you were able to find the support you were hoping for, in any group chat.
