its ok...and no not ok really...trynna get something sorted on my L and well i couldnt find something i had before and it really stressed me out which led to me getting overwhelmed which led to stimming and crying and everything just being 2 much....and i have no1 to talk to about it....

I don't know if they have them in where you are, but here you can call a medical line and they will tell you if you need a doctor and connect you too an affordable one

Maybe try writing it down, bringing that, if you tell the doctor you are neurodivergent, they will understand and accommodate, well they should anyway.
Writing it down helps me, because even if I don't speak, I xan always hand them the paper
