Don’t touch me

@allnaturalSky4753 I'm not a big fan of being touched or hugged. If someone walks towards me and looks like they want to give me a hug I usually will hold my hands up in a stop gesture. It's my way of saying don't touch. Taking a step back can convey the same message. Most people respect that.  But sometimes I do need to say the I'm not comfortable being touched right now. If someone asks if they can give me a hug it gives me time to decline or prepare myself. There's nothing wrong with enforcing boundaries for who comes into your personal space
