Hi there, first time using the app… so I actually haven’t been diagnosed with OCD as I cannot afford therapy right now but I have been doing extensive research over the last year+ and I am very positive that this is my diagnosis.

Lately I’ve been dealing with many more intrusive thoughts than usual (regarding self-harm mainly) I need tips on how to deal with them if anyone has them… thanks for reading, take care.

@sofiaidacestari The things that help my intrusive thoughts are to notice them happening, and label them in the moment, this is just an intrusive thought, this is my OCD, and then try to focus on something different, I learned this technique in ACT therapy :)
