...See more //harm ocd// Hi there, first time using the app… so I actually haven’t been diagnosed with OCD as I cannot afford therapy right now but I have been doing extensive research over the last year+ and I am very positive that this is my diagnosis. Lately I’ve been dealing with many more intrusive thoughts than usual (regarding self-harm mainly) I need tips on how to deal with them if anyone has them… thanks for reading, take care.
