A translation of Andrea Bocelli's "Vivo Por Ella"
I live for her without knowing whether I've found her or she found me.
I don't remember how it all was, but in the end she has won me over.
I live for her, who truly gives me all my strength
I live for her, and I don't regret it
I too, live for her
Don't be so jealous
She is the most sweet and warm, like a kiss
She's always at my side
To take away my loneliness
More than for me, for her, I live as well
She is the muse that invites you
to stroke her gently
On my piano sometimes gloomy
Death doesn't exist, if she's here
I live for her who gives me all her affection
Sometimes it hits hard, but it's a fist that doesn't hurt
I live for her who truly gives me the strength
to feel a little alive
How it hurts when she's not there!
I live for her in a hotel
How she shines bright and tall!
For her I live in my own skin
And she sings in my throat my darkest torments of horror
I live for her and no one else
can live inside of me
She gives me life, I live it
if she's next to me, if she's next to me
From the stage-wide or against a wall
I live for her, to the limit
In the darkest trance
I wholly live for her
Every day a conquest, the protagonist, is her as well
I live for her because she always gives me a way out
Because music is like that
Faithful and sincere for life
I live for her who gives me nights of love and freedom
If there were another life, I'd live it
for her as well, she's named music
I'd live as well, I live for her, believe me
For her as well
I live for her, for her I live

There are multiple versions of the song with the female in duet singing in Italian, French, English, Spanish, German, and Portuguese. The German version, which I just heard today for the first time, is actually one of if not the best version. Runner up would be my dear friend Spanish.
