I've been a member for over a year, and still don't understand the Badges or how I got them. I think certain information is kept Locked in an underground Vault at 7 Cups Headquarters (LoL)

I did Up-Vote you tho ☺

@Rainbow15

Good morning!

Forum Upvotes are the little numbers at the bottom right hand of your forum post. Readers can select this option if they find your post especially helpful or enjoyabl to read.

Referral Clicks refer to the number of times you have referred someone to 7 cups using your personal referral link. This link can be found on your Progress Path tab. Scroll all the way to the bottom & you will find My Personal Link on the left side of your screen. You can use this link on other social platforms such as Facebook to help those in need gain access to 7 Cups. For example, this morning I just posted on my Facebook:

"Whether you are going through a challenging time or just want to talk to someone, at 7 Cups you'll find a path connecting you to kind people and helping you develop new skills to solve your problems. Over 3 million conversations. Over 6 million people supported.

http://www.7cups.com/11098864"

When someone clicks your referral link on another website, it records it on your My Impact page.

Hope this helps!

@Rainbow15

A community leader or mentor will message you for a three minute mock chat where you practice listening and receive feedback after your session. After you are verified you should be able to begin listening and participating in the forum, group support chat, and so on.

@Rainbow15

It's been two years since I was in training so it may have changes, but when I was new I had a mock chat after I completed my online training. This person reached out to me. The person will come to you with an issue and ask you how you would handle it. You practice listening for three minutes and when the session ends the other person should be able to answer any questions you have about 7 Cups in general and being verified specifically.

@Rainbow15

No ma'am, the Active Listening course should have been the first thing you completed. Unless it changed.

Also,

you can gain badges and certificates by completing our trainng modules on various topics and other milestones such as "Send x amount of messages in a Group Support Chatroom".

I think that the way in which you earn badges should be made clearer.
