Working my way up to running
So like the title says I want to be able to run without getting winded. I want to do this for several reasons. I want to be able to keep up with people, I want to lose weight/be physically healthy, and my two friends like running so this might become a shared interest.
I'm going to log my progress here and maybe get a motivation buddy.

Didn't do much on Saturday (29th) but on Sunday I went to farie fest, and walked so much. It was so much fun, and it was just me and my friend who is slightly younger than me, his mom dropped us off and then picked us up. I talked to a new person and got their phone number.
But then I stayed in the house most of the day, but I got out to sword fight my brother (with wooden swords)

Glad to hear you got through the Regents and that your still moving. I'm trying to walk my dog a lot. We're spending the summer camping in our trailer and going to Hershey Park. I'm beat after three hours in the park. Hopefully the extra walking will build up my stamina.
@Iamspoons I have a great conditioning program that I use personally and also for my middle school athletes back when I was coaching. It can be adjusted to fit anyone and might help you out when you work your way up to jogging. I will type it out and post it if you're interested ;-)

I'm back. Sorry for not posting recaps during the weekends. But I spent like three weeks walking around A LOT and I feel much stronger than I did at the start.
Some things I did today. Picked up the end of two kayaks at the same time.
And my swim team bathing suit from last year fit me. It's awesome, because when I got it, it made me very self conscious and embarrassed about my tummy, today when I put it on it felt great, and I didn't hate the way my body looked in the mirror. Woooooo I love progress and self improvement.
Anyway, I'll probably be left alone during the work day tomorrow so I'll go on a walk, after I fix up my "fitness watch" cuz I broke the wrist strap thingy, so I can get the distance.
Also I've been feeling like I'm starting my . Each day for like three days now, it's a little annoying cuz cramps
