What keeps you motivated to keep going?
I wanted to share a quote "Success is not final, failure is not fatal, It is the courage to continue that counts - Winston Churchill"
So even if the odds dont favour us, What is that one thing that makes you not want to give up despite the world falling down? This question helps us to reflect and your answer will make you get back on track, It will act as a reminder that you may have forgotten along the way.

For me, I truly believe it's just me, and I say this with the most humble sentiment after being repeatedly reminded by life and circumstances that at the end of the day, it's just me for me and so, my self-belief and self-promises are the motivating factors for me to keep trying and keep going always!🧿

For myself, It would be my past and future self that keeps me going. My past self looking with hope and dreams in her eyes and the future me being so grateful for the life they have because i was the one who put effort. I hope i make my past and future versions proud <3

In challenging times, I often find myself reflecting on Bruce Lee's wisdom: "The oak fought the wind and was broken, the willow bent when it must and survived." This reminds me that resilience isn’t just about standing firm; it’s about adapting to the circumstances and finding new ways to move forward.
Even when the odds seem stacked against us, it's the courage to keep going that makes all the difference.
Victor Frankl, a jewish holocaust survivor said this, "Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms – to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way.”
I made the choice several years ago that I would choose life. That life was still worth living despite my circumstances. What keeps me going is my relationship with my two daughters. I'm working hard to restore those relationships. Along the way I've found life isn't so bad. My life is far from perfect, but each day I work to improve it a little bit more! 😊🙏🏼
