It’s the the first of the month , what are the goals you want to achieve? What are your plans to stay consistent to keep doing the things you do enjoy a lot ?
@Hopeprovider6771
Managing my mental, physical and emotional health is the bread goal, for me.
How about you?
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou that’s really impressive and good goal to achieve good luck in your journey , for me I want to focus more on my mental health and manage my time and exploit it to do better things
@Hopeprovider6771
Thanks so much. Mental health is definitely super important to focus on, and I wish you all the best for it too.
As for managing time, gosh how much I relate, there's so much to do, in so less time, at times, and so I hope you're able to manage your time effectively and prioritize it well too.
Do you know about the Time Management Course on 7 cups? It's free and there's a certificate too, upon graduation. I haven't yet been able to do it myself, but it's in the to-do list for later. Heard good things about it.

My goal this month is to get into a steady homeschool routine to balance homeschooling 5 kids (1 is independent) with all the other necessary and important parts of life - working out, church, taekwondo, cooking, cleaning, teaching the two oldest to drive, etc!
This week has been better than I expected! I do have low expectations for the first weeks of any new routine with so many people to adjust!
My plans to stay consistent are to take one day at a time and be flexible to adjust things as needed to make everything fit.
Going to the doctor today with hopes of getting back on my medication because I have been feeling myself sliding downward. Proud of myself for that but also anxious to get it over with.
@Psalm139 wow you seem like dealing with a lot of thing , how strong you are 👏👏 I hope you will recover soon and feel better as you usually ,don’t give up 🤗
Thank you! I made it through my appointment and am getting labs done now to check thyroid etc just in case. Super cold but sweating from anxiety so that’s super fun!
