a workout if i can get myself into the mood, a face regimen to care for myself, and a lot of playtime with my parrot.

I workout 5 days a week and it helps, but when feeling overwhelmed, I kinda retreat, want to be by myself, and don't do much of anything....I like coming to 7cups and participating but can't get here as much as I'd like to.....
