I am basically getting on nerves these days I need some tips and tricks to get over it.

You know, sometimes expressing your anger and giving it the space to release is very important too. It just needs to be done in a way that doesn’t cause too much friction in your life, especially with relationships. The first step is to remove yourself from a situation that makes you angry. They will appreciate you not showing your anger to them and you can release it in a more controlled fashion

Try talking it out with someone you trust or channeling that energy into something creative or physical, like drawing or going for a walk. Remember, it's okay to feel angry, but finding healthy ways to express it can make a big difference.
