Power of Positive Affirmations:

Positive affirmations are things we say out loud or in our head. They are a form of self help. When we practice this positive affirmation it helps us to over come fears and self doubt. Positive affirmations can also be when we write something down in a journal. 

Affirmations when positive help us build ourselves up and improve our confidence. 

what are some ways to build our confidence?

Thriving on our own without feeling lonely:

Sometimes we may like being alone because it makes us have to think more about things without being judged. Sometimes being alone is not what we want. Being alone makes us get to know ourselves better. 

We begin to reflect on things and be able to work out differences we may have about something. We may feel sad when we feel alone because we feel no one is around for us to be with. Solitude is a time for us to self reflect on ourselves, a relaxation, and personal growth.

what are some ways to build our confidence?

I am a great believer of positive affirmations and challenging myself to do something that is out of my usual comfort zone.

when you are alone how do you feel?

Usually, I feel good and enjoy solitude but feel the need to connect with others from time to time. 

Do you reflect on things when your alone and thinking?

I go over things that happened, try to analyze them and see them from different perspectives. At times I sit somewhere and think deeply about provoking statements I might have heard from someone or in a video - example "Why do we look for approval from the outside" or simply questions about our existence.

Some ways to build confidence is to practice positive self talk, gratitude, affirmations, physical activity etc.

When I am alone I feel quite calm and peaceful. I sometimes enjoy these moments. But there were times when I needed to talk to someone.

Yes, when I am alone, I tend to reflect more than when I connect with people.
