Let's spread a bit of mindfulness: What is one mindful thing you did today?
(Mindfulness is so awesome as it can be brought to pretty much everything; mindful eating, mindful task-completing :) , mindful observing, pretty much anything!)
I'll start off: One mindful thing I did today was cooking a meal and I tried to concentrate and make it a mindful experience.
Now it's your turn, I'm excited fo your replies!

Great question. HYDRATION AWARENESS!!!
I'm learning how to increase my hydration to a healthy level without overdoing it.
That all takes a lot of awareness because my water needs vary daily depending on
what I eat and
how active I am and
how hot I get and
how humid it is.
So I'm being extra aware of all that.
Also I'm tracking how much water I've been drinking through the day
(I lay out 1 toothpick on my desk for each cup I drank after I refill it).
Tracking like that has helped me know basically what water my body needs and when.
I see I naturally drink 4 to 5 cups of water a day at most.
I just sip the water when I'm thirsty.
And after I eat, I take a sip to cleanse my palette.
Also in the morning I have a cup of warm water.
I find I need to use a straw or my lips get chapped from sipping from a cup.
That's another mindful awareness I've been doing (different things to keep my lips from getting chapped).
All that gives me an idea - I'll probably make a thread on this topic and put it in healthy living.

Here's my HYDRATION TO FEEL GOOD thread I just made!
I try to improve my typing skills.
One mindful thing I did today was trying to improve my folding skills in origami.
I'd say me being mindful of my studies and knowing that i'll finish them earlier and i'd have a lot of time to "chillax" my way through out the beggining of the week
I did yoga. It has been helping me alot.
