@Asherwolfice Sure! First, inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, and lastly, hold for 4 seconds. Just repeat and let me know how it goes!

This is really nice. I find having to hold the breath before and after inhalation and exhalation requires a tiny bit more focused than some other breathing exercises, which I like!
