How are you going to be mindful during the first week of October?

hmm I think mindfulness is ok-sorta-kinda lol. I am self caring more on the weekends and this week it will be 4th week now. As far as letting the world get to me.............I want to put bubble wrap all around me. Then again I rather just stay in my house as to not deal with things.

But, this to allows me to let mindfulness help me cope and deal. Like I can't change no one right? They gonna do and think what they want to. It is how I act and think from this that matters the most!

What are you looking forward to within the month of October?

We are looking forward to more baking and cooking. Something about Fall and cooler weather we love to do these things.

Is there anything that you would like to add or suggest?

Maybe more stuff in check ins like a skill?? These too are short and greatheart

i am Mindfully Learning~! Oh So Much to Know~! cool

i am dedicating my energies and my time to becoming more involved on 7Cups, helping out where i can, doing what i can to make other people feel appreciated.

what i want to learn next is how to give a Shout Out to the AWESOME Mindfulness Discussion Leaders~!

enlightenedHow are you going to be mindful during the first week of October?

I will be waking up 15 minutes earlier everyday, so that I can journal first thing. I will also listen to calming music (sea, forest sounds) as much as possible throughout the day to keep me centered. Every night I will write down anything I have achieved in my journal, no matter how small, and try to do 10 minute meditations.

enlightenedWhat are you looking forward to within the month of October?

Looking forward to wearing my favorite comfy sweaters. I have a new job now, so there will be some exciting changes to my life. I just want to be productive, and looking forward to reaping my rewards.
