Very much, its relaxing and then I have something beautiful that is tangible and allows me to see how creating can be soooo positive.

Knitting, digital art, drawing, sewing, embroidery, sculpturing, DIY, writing, poetry, singing, cooking (also a creative thing in my opinion) , songwriting, painting, and there is more but I don't know the names in English
