I've been feeling really down lately..... crying all the time for no reason, and I've started isolating myself from everyone again.......... and my panic attacks have started again...... I had an exam which i was well prepared for but for some reason during the middle of the exam, I had a panic attack, couldn't stop crying and couldn't breathe and ended up unconscious..... and I can't bring myself to get up from bed...☹️

relating.... hope you are feeling better today! That sounds really heartbreaking.... It really sounds like you did your best and were well prepared.... Just thinking of you and hope you are being kind and gentle... and that you treat yourself as kindly and gently and compassionately as I've seen you treat all of us on 7cups! Hope you can be extra good and kind and forgiving to yourself! Maybe even treat yourself to something or do something extra for yourself today and celebrate you for always trying your hardest and putting your all into it, no matter what the outcome is. (We can only do our best, and the outcome is out of our control...) Sending you a big hug if you want one.... I think you are amazing!
